Shipping Timeline

  • House of Tinsel provides shipping services throughout India and uses reputable courier companies. For international orders, kindly contact us at info@houseoftinsel.in
  • The fee for international shipments is determined by the shipping location and the weight of your order. Please be aware that for specific countries, customs charges may apply in accordance with the duty structure of that country. These charges are to be paid upon acceptance of the order in the respective country.
  • Once the order is received, we dispatch our products within 1 to 15 business days from the order date.
  • Due to the personalized nature of many products, your order may take a couple of weeks to reach you but rest assured, we are trying our best to get your products to you at the earliest.
  • Once you have placed the order, you will receive an email/text message with tracking details once your order is dispatched. The shipping duration depends upon the location.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays due to natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or any other situation beyond our control.

Kindly be advised that business days do not include Saturday and Sunday, as well as any day officially declared as a holiday by the government.

Please note: A shipping and handling charge of Rs 150 is levied for all orders.

Cancellations

You may change/cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. To do so, please get in touch with us at info@houseoftinsel.in or WhatsApp us at: +918233335489 with your order details as soon as possible. If the product ordered is personalized, the order cannot be cancelled or changed once placed.
