Return exchange
Please make sure you raise an exchange request within 5 days of the delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product/products must be unused, and in the same condition you received.
To initiate a return /exchange :
- Kindly email us at Houseoftinsel@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on 8233335489 within the stipulated time, providing your order ID, Item(s) you wish to return and the reason for exchange or return.
- We will arrange a reverse pickup from your shipping address within 48 hours. Please ensure the product is appropriately packed along with the receipt & tag.
- Once the returned products are received, our team will inspect them and process the request for exchange or return.
- In case of return / exchange the shipping cost for the returned item will be your responsibility. We will issue a credit note (excluding the shipping cost) for your future use on our website. In case of exchange, additional shipping charges will apply for re-shipping the product to you. The store credit will be valid for 30day from the date of issuance.
- If you have received the damaged product or wrong product, please notify us with your order details and proof within 48hours. We will get it picked & deliver you a fresh piece.
- Please note that we accept return and exchange requests only once for a particular order.
Exchange / Refunds will not be possible under the following conditions:
- Any item is not in its original condition, damaged, or torn. If the return request is initiated after five days of the order delivery.
- Personalized products that are made to order.
- If the product is returned without its original price tag.
- Items purchased during sales.
- We do not accept foreign currency payments currently At present, we do not have Cash on Delivery (COD) facility.

- Once the order is received, we dispatch our products within 1 to 10 business days from the order date
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Once the order is shipped from our end you will receive mail from us advising the tracking number You can visit our courier website and track the shipment status.

- In case, you want to change the shipping address after placing your order, you need to contact us on……..from Monday to Friday on working days between 11 AM to 6 PM. Please send mail at………………………. We will confirm whether it is possible to do or not.
- Delivery will be done Monday to Saturday between 9 AM and 6 PM. Delivery is not done on Sundays and National holidays.
- There will be 2 attempts made for delivery at address provided. In case there is no person to collect the courier you will be contacted at your given mobile number for second delivery scheduling. Goods may be returned back after second attempt.
- In case where good is returned back then you will have to contact our customer service to schedule further delivery at your cost.
